Living longer
Everyone wants to live long. Many things depend to long life: health, environment, inheritance etc. But however health is most important and use to be understand health life is long life. We can group health is body health and mind health.
The body health is the health of human body part’s health. For example: heart health, tooth health, back health, leg health etc. Two methods for keep body health are pursing sport and protect sick. First method, pursing sport is study and purse some sport that easy and public like hike, run, play tennis, run bicycle. Almost every Chinese elders purse for Kun Fu so they live long. Second method, protect sick is be careful from sick. It is mean if sick, should go to hospital and heal. Too many people die cause don’t attend just cough. Actually virus of cough is too many type and dangerous.
Mind health is human energy health. For example: too tired is not good for long life, stress is not good for long life. Nowadays scientists declare think bad something is not good for long life. Because when people think about bad things, energies of people are deleted. Few methods have for keep mind health. First method is relaxing. It is mean human should be full sleep that not dreaming and not too short time sleep. Second way is dismiss stress. For this don’t angry, relax without load noise and may do meditation.
In conclusion human have to attend health for long life. That purse sport, protect sick, relax, dismiss stress are ways for human can be healthy.
